Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Management Consultant with 10–15 years of management consultant experience, in a reputable global or leading indigenous consulting firm.
• This is a commercial and leadership role for someone who can win work, lead delivery, grow client relationships, and develop people.
• The successful candidate must be equally comfortable in leading complex client engagements, developing proposals and pitches, and mentoring consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Growth:

• Identify, originate and convert new consulting opportunities.
• Lead proposals, pitches and client presentations from opportunity through close.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Contribute to revenue growth, market expansion and development of new consulting offerings.

Consulting & Engagement Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end management consulting engagements from diagnosis and strategy through implementation and performance improvement.
• Advise clients on strategy, business transformation, organisational effectiveness, operating models, change management and performance improvement.
• Develop practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Own engagement quality, timelines, budgets and client satisfaction.

Leadership & Mentoring:

• Lead and manage high-performing consulting teams across multiple engagements.
• Coach, mentor and develop consultants and emerging leaders.
• Build a strong, collaborative and client-focused consulting culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management or a related discipline.
• MBA or relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For:

• 10–15 years of professional experience, with significant experience in management consulting.
• Experience with a global consulting firm or leading indigenous consulting firm.
• Proven track record of winning and delivering consulting engagements, from proposal through execution and closure.
• Strong experience in strategy, transformation, organisational development, operating model design, performance improvement and/or change management.
• Demonstrable business development and revenue-generation experience.
• Strong commercial judgement, structured problem-solving and analytical ability.
• Excellent executive-level communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor consulting teams.
• Strong professional network and ability to build trusted C-suite relationships.
• Broad industry exposure and the ability to quickly understand complex business environments.
