We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Tracking Officer at Dangote Cement Transport is responsible for ensuring the efficient management and monitoring of vehicle logistics and transportation operations.
• This role requires the use of advanced tracking systems and software to monitor the movement of goods and provide real-time updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and movements.
• Generate comprehensive reports on vehicle operations and logistics performance.
• Address any irregularities or issues with vehicle deliveries and report findings to management.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics personnel to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Use data analysis to improve tracking efficiency and logistics operations.
• Route mapping to determine the exact CNG / AGO to be issued for all destinations
• Reporting of any illegal activity carried out with company trucks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics or tracking operations.
• Familiarity with tracking software and tools, as well as excellent data analysis skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and capable of analytical thinking.
