Job Description:

• Oversee the daily production process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Supervise factory workers and ensure tasks are properly assigned and completed.
• Monitor production quality and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment and production resources.
• Track production output and report daily activities to management.
• Promote discipline, safety and orderliness within the production area.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate.
• Must have experience in staff management.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
