Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and operationally elite Ticketing and Tour Officer to anchor our travel operations on Lagos Island. In the global travel sector, success is defined by "Travel Sovereignty" , the ability to harmonize high-volume flight ticketing and tour documentation with the clinical precision required for revenue monitoring and vendor relationship governance. This role is designed for a "Logistics Architect" with 2+ years of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing daily bookings and expenses) with the "Technical Agility" required to navigate complex travel regulations and airline systems.
Requirements:
1. Issuance Orchestration & Documentation Governance
Fulfillment Sovereignty: Execute the clinical issuance of tickets and travel documents to consumers, ensuring every traveler acts as a "Source of Success" for the agency.
Compliance Stewardship: Navigate high-stakes international travel regulations and visa protocols with millimetric accuracy to ensure "Zero-Friction" border crossings for clients.
Asset Logic: Manage the "Information Lifecycle" of travel documents—from reservation to final delivery—ensuring 100% accuracy in passenger data.
2. Fiscal Architecture & Performance Intelligence
Profitability Sovereignty: Monitor daily bookings, revenue, and expenses with clinical attention to detail, identifying "Source of Margin" opportunities to grow the business.
Revenue Reconnaissance: Track and analyze profitability across different tour packages and airline routes, providing management with "Data-Driven" insights into financial performance.
Expense Governance: Manage operational costs associated with tour planning, ensuring the organization maintains a competitive and sustainable "Fiscal Velocity."
3. Vendor Diplomacy & Ecosystem Logic
Relationship Sovereignty: Build and maintain high-trust, elite relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and third-party vendors to secure the best "Source of Value" for our clients.
Network Engineering: Coordinate synchronously with global partners to design bespoke tour experiences that enhance the brand's visibility and influence in the Lagos market.
Communication Power: Serve as the professional bridge between travelers and service providers, resolving logistical bottlenecks with diplomatic poise.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2+ years of robust experience in Ticketing and Tour operations (GDS experience is a plus).
Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of current Global Travel Regulations and ticketing systems.
Communication Power: Good verbal and written skills for high-stakes vendor negotiation and client service.
