Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Telemarketer to anchor the customer acquisition engine of Detopsy Engineering. In a specialized engineering landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the pitch and the precision of the technical benefit success is defined by "Tele-Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize outbound call volume with the clinical precision required for Objection Handling, Persuasive Selling, and Sales Conversion. This role is designed for a "Communication Architect" based in Ojodu Berger who can blend "Verbal Grit" (navigating outbound lead lists) with the "Strategic Agility" required to communicate engineering product features, benefits, and pricing confidently.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Engagement Governance
Outbound Sovereignty: Initiate high-fidelity calls to prospective customers to introduce Detopsy Engineering’s products, acting as the primary "Source of Market Connectivity."
Inquiry Architecture: Follow up on leads and previous inquiries with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-velocity sales funnel.
Integrity Stewardship: Communicate product features and pricing with absolute clarity, ensuring the "Source of Brand Authority" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Conversion Logic
Transformation Sovereignty: Convert cold and warm leads into successful sales engagements, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Momentum."
Objection Architecture: Handle customer pushback professionally and navigate difficult conversations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for deal closure.
Target Stewardship: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales benchmarks, maintaining the "Source of Commercial Throughput."
3. Operational Integrity & Data Power
Reporting Sovereignty: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details within our systems, acting as the primary "Source of CRM Integrity."
Collaborative Architecture: Partner with the sales team to refine scripts and engagement strategies, providing the "Relational Foundation" for continuous improvement.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Telemarketing Expertise to resolve engagement abnormalities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Business Growth" in Lagos.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven track record in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Service.
Communication Power: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Technical Edge: Basic computer literacy; CRM experience is an added advantage.
