Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile, delivery-focused professional to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution. In this role, you will support complex initiatives spanning technology, policy, governance, and organizational change. You are an individual who excels at structured problem-solving, is a master of executive-level documentation, and is comfortable navigating the intersection of IT systems and business operations. As a Strategy & Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure that strategic roadmaps are translated into disciplined delivery plans that meet senior stakeholder expectations.
Requirements:
1. Strategy, Consulting & Operating Models
Transformation Roadmaps: Support the development of technology-enabled business strategies and Target Operating Models (TOM).
Problem Solving: Apply management consulting frameworks to diagnose business bottlenecks and propose structured solutions.
Governance Design: Translate business objectives into clear delivery plans, policies, and governance artifacts that stand up to audit and regulatory scrutiny.
2. Technical Documentation & Process Architecture
Process Mapping: Develop high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed process maps to ensure operational clarity.
Project Artifacts: Build and maintain business cases, concept notes, risk registers (RAID logs), and decision logs.
Compliance Alignment: Ensure all documentation aligns with enterprise risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
3. Multi-Workstream Project Coordination
Delivery Oversight: Coordinate initiatives across IT, Business, and Compliance, managing the lifecycle of external vendor engagements.
Tool Mastery: Utilize Jira, Confluence, and MS Project to track dependencies, sprints, and milestones in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
Stakeholder Storytelling: Create high-impact PowerPoint presentations and dashboards for Board-level reviews, steering committees, and regulators.
4. Change Management & Adoption
Impact Assessment: Conduct change readiness analysis to understand how technology shifts affect the workforce.
Adoption Tracking: Develop communication plans and training materials to ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to "Business-as-Usual" (BAU).
Qualifications and Skills:
Core Experience
Professional History: 3+ years in Management Consulting, IT Consulting, or Enterprise Transformation.
Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in technology-enabled projects, digital platforms, and governance.
Sector Advantage: Experience in Financial Services or the Public Sector is highly desirable.
Technical & Professional Skills
Narrative & Visuals: Advanced PowerPoint (executive storytelling) and MS Excel skills.
Delivery Tools: Direct experience using Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking and knowledge management.
Project Frameworks: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum or PMP/Prince2 methodologies.
Architecture Literacy: High-level understanding of APIs, digital platforms, and enterprise IT systems.
Soft Skills
Communication: Exceptional ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior stakeholders.
Organization: Highly structured and delivery-driven, with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
