Job Description:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components, including wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications to determine wiring layouts and installation procedures.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and home appliances, including refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, and other household appliances.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with electrical and home appliances, and implement effective solutions to resolve problems.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers about repair status, timelines, and costs.
• Ensure that all repairs meet quality standards and that appliances are functioning properly before returning them to customers.
• Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for repairs.
• Work closely with other teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure that customer needs are met and that appliances are delivered in a timely manner.
