Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our facilities team. In this role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for the operational integrity of our climate control systems, including Chillers, VRV/VRF units, AHUs, and ventilation systems. This is a hands-on position requiring technical precision, a strong safety mindset, and the flexibility to work across rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 system availability. If you have 3–5 years of experience in high-rise or industrial environments and take pride in proactive maintenance and expert troubleshooting, we want you to help us maintain world-class facility standards.

Requirements:

• Maintenance & Operations: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance (PPM) tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, thermal scanning, and filter changes.

• System Mastery: Operate and maintain complex systems, including Chillers, VRV/VRF, AHUs, and FCUs. Ensure HVAC panels are impeccably maintained, labeled, and obstruction-free.

• Troubleshooting: Conduct daily walkthroughs and respond promptly to system faults, tenant complaints, and emergency breakdowns. Perform basic electrical diagnostics (resetting breakers, replacing components) and escalate complex issues.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including PPE usage, Lockout/Tag Out (LOTO), and permit-to-work systems.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate digital logs of all maintenance activities, defects, and work reports using the SMART CHECK system.

• Coordination: Oversee contractor activities on-site, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards.

• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work day/night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per the duty roster.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Trade Test Certificate (Grade I, II, or III) or National Diploma (ND) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Completed vocational training or technical apprenticeship is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in commercial, high-rise, or industrial facility maintenance.
