Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Technical Support Personnel to anchor the operational engine of Pajuno. In the precision-driven world of print technology and hardware infrastructure, success is defined by "System Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex electromechanical failures with the clinical precision required for Remote Diagnostics, Firmware Troubleshooting, and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). This role is designed for a "Hardware Architect" with an HND/B.Sc. in Engineering who can blend "Analytical Grit" (leveraging Further Mathematics/Engineering principles) with the "Security Agility" required to classify information assets and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
1. Diagnostic Orchestration & Technical Governance
Troubleshooting Sovereignty: Diagnose and resolve complex printer hardware/software issues via phone, email, or chat, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Resolution."
Maintenance Architecture: Guide customers through intricate setup and electromechanical maintenance (cartridge replacement, jam clearance), ensuring the "Source of Operational Uptime."
Escalation Stewardship: Document high-fidelity solutions in the ticketing system and escalate complex cases with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Knowledge Management."
2. Security Resilience & ISMS Logic
Asset Sovereignty: Classify and label information assets according to strict security policies, acting as the primary "Source of Data Integrity."
Risk Architecture: Monitor the security status of technical assets and participate in risk assessments, providing the "Protective Foundation" for Pajuno’s operations.
Compliance Stewardship: Adhere to all ISMS protocols with clinical focus, ensuring the "Source of Organizational Security Excellence."
3. Performance Integrity & Documentation Power
Knowledge Sovereignty: Develop and update support materials, FAQs, and manuals, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for customer self-service.
SLA Architecture: Execute support tasks within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs), optimizing the "Source of Customer Satisfaction."

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND / B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering. Proficiency in Further Mathematics is a strategic advantage.
Experience: 2+ years in hardware technical support, with a preference for those experienced in printers or electromechanical systems.
Technical Mastery: Strong troubleshooting aptitude and familiarity with professional ticketing systems.
