Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and analytically driven Technical Product Manager (CredTech) to lead the strategy and technical delivery of our credit and lending fintech platforms. In this role, you will own the product roadmap, translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to build robust lending, credit scoring, and risk management systems.

Your mission will be to engineer tech-driven credit solutions that deliver faster credit decisions, mitigate risk, and ultimately drive financial inclusion across the market.

Requirements:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, manage, and execute the end-to-end product roadmap and features for core credit, risk management, and lending platforms.

• Technical Delivery: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical documentation, user stories, and API specifications.

• Core Fintech Integrations: Lead the technical integration of complex credit scoring engines, secure Know Your Customer (KYC)/identity verification protocols, and multi-channel payment processing systems.

• Performance & Adoption Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key product performance metrics, user adoption, and system efficiency to continuously iterate and improve the platform.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge the gap between business, risk compliance, and engineering teams to ensure products align with both technical capabilities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Product Management, specifically within the fintech or credit domain.

• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the credit ecosystem, including automated lending frameworks, risk modeling, credit scoring algorithms, and underwriting logic.

• Technical Proficiencies: Strong experience working with RESTful APIs, system architectures, database frameworks, and modern agile project management tools.

• Key Skills:
