Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Technical Customer Success Manager to anchor the value-realization engine for Dell Technologies’ enterprise clients in Nigeria. In a specialized IT landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of adoption and the precision of the infrastructure alignment success is defined by "Technical Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex enterprise solutions (Servers, Storage, Networking, Cloud) with the clinical precision required for Incident Management, Change Management, and Strategic Advisory. This role is designed for a "Success Architect" specifically a senior professional with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (troubleshooting complex infrastructure) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead Regular Business Reviews and Proactive Customer Advocacy.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Relationship Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Relationship: Build and maintain trusted high-fidelity relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Alignment."

  • Advisory Architecture: Guide customers to achieve their IT objectives through expert knowledge of Dell solutions, providing the "Structural Foundation" for digital transformation.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Lead regular business and technical reviews to measure success, ensuring the "Source of Customer Insight" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Technical Logic

  • Advocacy Sovereignty: Act as the customer's voice within Dell Technologies, acting as the primary "Source of Internal Proactive Advocacy."

  • Solution Architecture: Translate complex technical challenges into actionable solutions for enterprise infrastructure, providing the "Functional Foundation" for client satisfaction.

  • Feedback Stewardship: Provide critical feedback to product and engineering teams to drive innovation, maintaining the "Source of Product Evolution."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power

  • Experience Sovereignty: Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support teams to deliver a seamless journey, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Synchronicity."

  • Insight Architecture: Leverage an analytical mindset and data to drive recommendations, providing the "Relational Foundation" for informed customer decision-making.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 8–12 years of specialized IT Services expertise to accelerate the "Issue-to-Value" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Technical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 8 to 12 years of experience delivering complex IT services across diverse sectors.

  • Technical Power: Deep expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, and Cloud).

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data to drive insights and provide actionable recommendations.
