Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and operationally elite Supply Chain / Logistics Officer to anchor our distribution engine in Ikeja, Lagos. In a fast-paced commercial hub, success is defined by "Flow Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize transportation and shipping schedules with the clinical precision required for inventory governance, vendor diplomacy, and regulatory compliance. This role is designed for a "Logistical Architect" with a B.Sc./HND who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing warehouse stock and shipping docs) with the "Analytical Agility" required to use software for cost reduction and process optimization.

Requirements:

1. Distribution Orchestration & Planning Governance

• Transport Sovereignty: Plan and manage transportation and shipping schedules with millimetric accuracy, ensuring every route acts as a "Source of Efficiency" for the organization.

• Network Architecture: Design and optimize distribution routes to maximize delivery velocity while minimizing the "Economic Friction" of Lagos logistics.

• Workflow Logic: Synchronize shipping timelines with production and sales cycles to ensure "Just-in-Time" delivery across all channels.

2. Inventory Resilience & Warehouse Logic

• Stock Sovereignty: Oversee inventory levels and conduct clinical stock checks to prevent shortages or the "Fiscal Weight" of excess holding costs.

• Warehouse Stewardship: Manage warehouse operations with a focus on "Zero-Error" accountability and high-fidelity organization of goods.

• Asset Logic: Utilize inventory management software to maintain a real-time "Source of Truth" for all physical assets and stock movements.

3. Vendor Diplomacy & Regulatory Power

• Sourcing Sovereignty: Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for favorable terms and high-quality products, ensuring the organization’s "Procurement Velocity" remains competitive.

• Compliance Architecture: Prepare shipping documents and manage invoices with clinical precision, ensuring all activities are a "Source of Legal Integrity" and policy compliance.

• Analytical Reconnaissance: Analyze supply chain data to identify "Source of Opportunity" cost reductions and operational improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. / HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Digital Agility: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and modern inventory management software.

• Linguistic Power: Strong communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes vendor and stakeholder diplomacy.
