Job Description:

• As our Structural Construction Manager (m/f/x), you will take charge of site teams and and large-scale builiding construction projects. By ensuring top quality on site, you play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation to every construction project.

Key Responsibilities

• Take charge of site teams and coordinate diverse trades
• Oversee personnel, manage progress, and deliver projects on time
• Drive proactive work preparation and ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure top-quality results
• Implement site safety and compliance
• Manage change orders and audit invoices efficiently.

Requirements:

What skills must you have?

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or certified Technician/Master with relevant experience
• 10 years’ expertise in complex building projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
• Communicative personality and a team player
• Strong skills in MS Office
• RIB iTWO skills (nice to have)
• Englisch language skills (B2/C1).
