Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite HR Intern to anchor the development engine of our human resources department. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the quality of the talent and the precision of the documentation success is defined by "Human Capital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize basic HR principles with the clinical precision required for Candidate Sourcing, Interview Coordination, and Employee Onboarding. This role is designed for an "Emergent Architect", specifically fresh graduates or NYSC Corps Members who can blend "Administrative Grit" (maintaining records and drafting letters) with the "Strategic Agility" required to support HR consulting activities for diverse client organizations.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Recruitment Governance
Sourcing Sovereignty: Support recruitment activities by identifying and screening top-tier candidates, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Inflow."
Coordination Architecture: Manage interview schedules and candidate communications with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-fidelity hiring experience.
Integrity Stewardship: Assist with onboarding and the collection of employee documentation, ensuring the "Source of Personnel Records" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Documentation Logic
Record Sovereignty: Maintain and update HR records and databases, acting as the primary "Source of Data Integrity."
Drafting Architecture: Prepare HR letters and basic administrative documentation with high-fidelity accuracy, providing the "Functional Foundation" for corporate correspondence.
Consulting Stewardship: Support HR consulting activities for external clients, maintaining the "Source of Professional Exposure."
3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power
Administrative Sovereignty: Provide general support to the HR team to ensure smooth departmental operations, acting as the primary "Source of Team Synergy."
Initiative Architecture: Take ownership of assigned tasks and seek opportunities for process improvement, providing the "Relational Foundation" for professional growth.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Basic HR Knowledge to accelerate the execution of administrative workflows, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Status: NYSC Corps Members (seeking PPA) or Fresh Graduates are prioritized.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Added Value: Prior internship or basic exposure to HR practices.
