Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and intellectually elite Strategy Consultant to anchor our advisory engine in Victoria Island, Lagos. In the hyper-competitive world of high-level consultancy, success is defined by "Strategic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex business challenges with the clinical precision required for market research, financial modeling, and corporate transformation. This role is designed for a "Transformation Architect" with 5–7 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (macroeconomic trends and competitive benchmarking) with the "Strategic Agility" required to develop feasibility studies and board-level presentations.

Requirements:

1. Research Orchestration & Market Governance

• Intelligence Sovereignty: Conduct high-fidelity industry research and competitive benchmarking, acting as the primary "Source of Insight" for client business challenges.

• Macroeconomic Architecture: Analyze sector developments and regulatory shifts with clinical precision, ensuring all strategy recommendations are grounded in a "Source of Reality."

2. Financial Resilience & Modeling Logic

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 5–7 years of robust experience in strategy consulting, financial advisory, or corporate research.

• Technical Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel for modeling and PowerPoint for presentations).
