Job Description:

• We are seeking an organized and dependable Storekeeper to manage inventory and materials in our syringe production facility.
• This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations by maintaining accurate stock levels, proper storage, and timely distribution of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Issue raw materials and components to production departments as required.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of medical - grade materials.
• Conduct routine stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE, HND & BSC.
• Prior experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong organizational and record - keeping skills.
• Ability to work with inventory management systems / software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
