Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Store Officer to anchor the material engine of our Victoria Island operations. In a specialized organizational landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the requisition and the precision of the audit success is defined by "Asset Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize physical stock with the clinical precision required for Inventory Auditing, PAR Level Monitoring, and Distribution Control. This role is designed for a "Logistical Architect" who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing incoming goods and physical storage) with the "Strategic Agility" required to maintain a seamless supply chain for all departments.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Inventory Governance

• Stock Sovereignty: Track stock levels accurately and monitor PAR levels for replenishment, acting as the primary "Source of Material Availability."

• Audit Architecture: Perform regular physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for ledger accuracy.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain a secure and clean storage environment, ensuring the "Source of Asset Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Supply Logic

• Verification Sovereignty: Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and quality standards, acting as the primary "Source of Input Quality."

• Distribution Architecture: Process departmental requisitions and ensure all items are properly signed for, providing the "Functional Foundation" for internal resource flow.

• Quality Stewardship: Identify and manage damaged, defective, or expired goods, maintaining the "Source of Operational Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power

• Documentation Sovereignty: Maintain up-to-date records of stock movements, including bills and receipt notes, acting as the primary "Source of Historical Data."

• Space Architecture: Organize and label inventory in a structured manner to optimize space, providing the "Relational Foundation" for high-speed retrieval.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Audit and Reporting data to generate management insights, maximizing the "Source of Logistical Throughput."
