Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to join our team in the Alaba area of Lagos. You will be the engine room of our operations, ensuring that our inventory is managed with precision, products are ready for distribution on schedule, and our stock levels are always optimized. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and values systematic accuracy.
Requirements:
Order Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery to the sales team or for customer pickup strictly according to the set schedule.
Operational Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of store operations, including the receiving, unloading, labeling, and organized storage of products.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels in real-time and coordinate the ordering of new items to ensure there are no shortages.
Accuracy & Documentation: Process incoming and outgoing products with high attention to detail, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
Team Collaboration: Maintain clear communication and foster a cooperative spirit with supervisors and co-workers to ensure seamless business operations.
Maintenance: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Store Keeper, ideally within the retail or a related industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Experience using inventory management software and databases.
