Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Stock Auditor to anchor the inventory engine of our Lagos operations. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the count success is defined by "Material Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize physical stock with the clinical precision required for Inventory Verification and Internal Control Compliance. This role is designed for an "Accountability Architect" who can blend "Analytical Grit" (uncovering stock discrepancies) with the "Strategic Agility" required to maintain absolute accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Verification Governance

  • Verification Sovereignty: Execute rigorous physical stock counts and asset validations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Inventory Integrity."

  • Reconciliation Architecture: Harmonize physical stock data with digital ledger records, providing the "Structural Foundation" for accurate financial reporting.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to internal control processes, ensuring the "Source of Operational Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

  • Discrepancy Sovereignty: Identify, investigate, and resolve stock variances, acting as the primary "Source of Loss Prevention."

  • Audit Architecture: Maintain high-fidelity audit trails and documentation for all stock movements, providing the "Functional Foundation" for internal reviews.

  • Accuracy Stewardship: Utilize analytical skills to detect patterns in shrinkage or administrative errors, maintaining the "Source of Process Improvement."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Autonomy Sovereignty: Manage full-scale audits independently across various Lagos locations, acting as the primary "Source of Field Reliability."

  • Compliance Architecture: Implement and monitor stock-handling procedures to minimize risk, providing the "Relational Foundation" for departmental accountability.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Inventory Management expertise to accelerate the reconciliation cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
