Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Backend Software Engineer to anchor our technology engine in Port Harcourt. In the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem of the South-South, success is defined by "System Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex server-side applications with the clinical precision required for API design, cloud distribution, and rigorous code reviews. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" with proven development experience who can blend "Architectural Grit" (designing effective APIs for mobile and desktop) with the "Agile Agility" required to collaborate with front-end and innovation teams.

Requirements:

1. Architectural Orchestration & API Governance

• Logic Sovereignty: Develop and implement comprehensive technology solutions to tackle process improvement challenges, acting as the primary "Source of System Logic."

• API Architecture: Design high-fidelity APIs for mobile and desktop solutions with millimetric focus, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in data exchange across platforms.

• Review Stewardship: Promote development best practices and conduct rigorous code reviews, maintaining the "Source of Technical Integrity" for the entire codebase.

2. Operational Resilience & Cloud Logic

• Server Sovereignty: Continually improve server and server-side applications, acting as the primary "Source of Backend Stability" and high-uptime performance.

• Cloud Architecture: Creatively maintain and ensure system optimization and cloud distribution, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for scalable digital products.

• Testing Stewardship: Carry out UI and backend performance tests to optimize speed and efficiency, ensuring the "Source of User Experience" remains uncompromised.

3. Collaborative Integrity & Innovation Power

• Synch Sovereignty: Work closely with the Front-End and Technical Innovation teams to establish high-fidelity design objectives and enhance overall user experience.

• Project Architecture: Control the development of implementation plans and schedules, acting as the "Source of Operational Reliability" for web and mobile projects.

• Professional Power: Provide technical and professional advice for successful project delivery, utilizing proven engineering experience to optimize the "Source of Business Process."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Relevant qualifications in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Experience: Proven and robust Backend Development experience, specifically in server-side languages and database management.

• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of API Design, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and UI/UX Optimization.
