Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Soft Services Facility Manager to anchor the operational engine of our mission-critical facility. In the specialized landscape of Data Centres and high-security corporate environments, success is defined by "Site Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize soft service delivery with the clinical precision required for MSA/SLA Compliance, RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) Review, and Hazardous Chemical Management. This role is designed for an "Environmental Architect" with 5+ years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (overseeing cleaning and recycling procedures) with the "Strategic Agility" required to plan hard service reactive works and manage complex vendor KPIs.

Requirements:

1. Service Orchestration & Vendor Governance

  • Contractual Sovereignty: Manage third-party service providers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Standard Enforcement."

  • KPI Architecture: Conduct regular audits and monitor KPIs for all soft service contracts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for service excellence.

  • Reactive Stewardship: Plan and coordinate Hard service PPM and reactive works, ensuring the "Source of Client Schedule Adherence" is elite and timely.

2. Environmental Resilience & Compliance Logic

  • Safety Sovereignty: Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and high-security data centre protocols, acting as the primary "Source of Site Integrity."

  • Risk Architecture: Conduct rigorous RAMS reviews and risk assessments for cleaning chemicals and equipment, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for accident prevention.

  • Waste Stewardship: Oversee proper waste disposal and recycling procedures according to environmental standards, maintaining the "Source of Sustainability Compliance."

3. Stakeholder Integrity & Reporting Power

  • Liaison Sovereignty: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding queries and feedback, acting as the primary "Source of Proactive Communication."

  • Audit Architecture: Support client site visits and audits to ensure satisfaction, providing the "Visual Foundation" for transparent operational status.

  • Optimization Logic: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization, utilizing 5+ years of FM expertise to maximize the "Source of Management Reporting."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, property services, or data centre operations.

  • Domain Mastery: Proven track record of managing soft services (cleaning, grounds, vending) within a critical or mission-critical environment.

  • Education: Qualifications in Facilities Management or related fields are preferred.

Core Competencies
