Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, multifaceted Social Media & Operations Lead to join our boutique fashion house. This is a unique "hybrid" role designed for a professional who can switch effortlessly from behind the camera lens to the head of the boardroom.

Your mission is two-fold: First, to maintain a Premium Brand Image through high-quality video content and real-time client engagement. Second, to serve as the Operations Engine, supervising staff and overseeing daily business activities on behalf of the CEO. If you are a CapCut wizard who also possesses the leadership grit to manage a team and ensure quality delivery, we want you to help us scale our fashion footprint.

Requirements:

1. Digital Content & Social Engineering

  • Multimedia Production: Shoot and edit high-quality, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) that capture the craftsmanship and luxury of our collections.

  • Platform Vitality: Manage daily posting and account activity, ensuring our social media presence is active, updated, and highly responsive to our community.

  • Trend Synthesis: Monitor global fashion trends and content styles, adapting them to our brand tone to keep our feed fresh and relevant.

2. Operational Excellence & Leadership

  • Staff Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of the team, acting as the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and workflow coordination.

  • Quality Assurance: Monitor production and service cycles to ensure every client receives a "premium" experience, from order to delivery.

  • CEO Proxy: Manage daily operations on behalf of the CEO, ensuring the business remains efficient, compliant, and focused on its growth targets.

3. Client Diplomacy & Communication

  • Real-time Engagement: Provide prompt, professional, and elegant responses to all client inquiries across digital platforms.

  • Inquiry Management: Monitor comments and direct messages throughout the day to convert engagement into sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.

  • Management: Proven ability to lead a small team and manage workplace operations.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • Editing Mastery: High proficiency with CapCut or similar mobile video editing tools.

  • Photography/Videography: Strong skills in mobile shooting, lighting, and framing for a premium aesthetic.

  • Communication: Clear, professional, and sophisticated written communication skills.
