Job Description:

We are seeking a high-potential and structurally elite Creative Resident to anchor the content-production and audience-engagement engine of our brand. In a fast-paced digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the narrative and the precision of the visual-filter success is defined by "Storytelling Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize trend-awareness with the clinical precision required for Content Production, Campaign Storyboarding, and Metric Analysis. This role is designed as a "Creative Launchpad" a critical 6-month immersion for an ambitious creator to blend "Content Grit" (mastering design/video tools) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Social Media Growth.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Content Architecture

• Sovereignty of the Feed: Handle the end-to-end production of photography, short-form video, and graphics, acting as the primary "Source of Creative Throughput."

• Narrative Architecture: Develop storyboards and creative concepts for campaigns, providing the "Structural Foundation" for cohesive brand messaging.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all output aligns with the brand voice and quality standards, ensuring the "Source of Visual Truth" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Audience Logic

• Engagement Sovereignty: Manage social media accounts (posting/engaging), acting as the primary "Source of Audience Momentum."

• Intelligence Architecture: Conduct trend research and competitor analysis, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven campaign pivots.

• Operational Stewardship: Provide logistical support during photo/video shoots, maintaining the "Source of Production Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

• Analytics Sovereignty: Track and report on basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions), acting as the primary "Source of Growth Intelligence."

• Process Architecture: Utilize Creative Software (Adobe/CapCut/Canva) to optimize production efficiency, providing the "Relational Foundation" for rapid-response content updates.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Digital Toolkits to accelerate the "Concept-to-Publishing" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Digital Presence."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Status: University/Polytechnic student or fresh graduate (Media, Communications, Design, or related fields).

• Experience: Basic knowledge of social media platforms and the creative process.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.

• Aptitude: Exceptional trend-awareness, creative energy, and a hunger to learn within a high-stakes, fashion/creative-forward environment.

• Commitment: Ability to work full-time (9:00 am – 6:00 pm) in a remote capacity.
