Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively elite Social Media Officer to anchor the digital engine of OPPO. In a specialized technology landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the trend and the precision of the visual asset success is defined by "Digital Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize platform growth with the clinical precision required for Content Engineering, Trend Implementation, and Community Engagement. This role is designed for a "Content Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (producing engaging videos and captions) with the "Strategic Agility" required to track performance metrics and optimize engagement in real-time.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Platform Governance
Growth Sovereignty: Manage and expand the company’s social media footprint, acting as the primary "Source of Audience Acquisition."
Content Architecture: Create engaging posts, videos, and captions with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a high-fidelity digital presence.
Integrity Stewardship: Track and report social media performance metrics, ensuring the "Source of Strategic Insight" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Engagement Logic
Trend Sovereignty: Monitor and implement emerging digital trends, acting as the primary "Source of Cultural Relevance."
Response Architecture: Manage comments, messages, and customer inquiries with high-fidelity professionalism, providing the "Functional Foundation" for brand loyalty.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–3 years of SMM expertise to resolve engagement abnormalities and capitalize on viral moments in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Digital Throughput" for OPPO.
3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power
Communication Sovereignty: Deploy persuasive and clear messaging across all platforms, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Voice."
Systemic Architecture: Utilize social media tools and analytics platforms to refine output, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven creativity.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 3 years of proven experience in Social Media Management.
Technical Power: Strong content creation skills (Video editing, Graphic literacy, Copywriting).
Tech Edge: Deep knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and management tools.
