Job Description:

 Zuma Coffee is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our on-site team. We aren't just looking for someone to post photos; we want a digital storyteller who can capture the aroma, the craft, and the community of our cafe in real-time. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online presence—from high-quality content creation to deep-dive analytics. If you are passionate about coffee culture and know how to turn a trending audio into a packed house of customers, we want you to lead our social channels.

Requirements:

1. Content Orchestration & Community Building

  • Holistic Strategy: Develop and implement a social media roadmap that aligns with Zuma Coffee's seasonal promotions and long-term brand goals.

  • Multi-Channel Management: Create, curate, and schedule daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X, ensuring the Zuma voice is consistent yet platform-appropriate.

  • Active Engagement: Be the "voice of Zuma" online—engaging with our community, responding to DMs and comments, and managing our digital reputation with poise.

2. Visual Storytelling & Collaboration

  • On-Site Content Creation: Leverage the cafe environment to capture high-quality photos and short-form video (Reels/TikToks) that showcase our products and barista craft.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with our design and marketing teams to produce visually stunning campaigns for new menu launches and special events.

  • Trend Sourcing: Stay at the forefront of social media trends and "coffee-gram" aesthetics to ensure Zuma Coffee remains a local industry leader.

3. Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and audience growth.

  • KPI Tracking: Track and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement rate, and conversion (from digital post to in-store visit).

  • Reporting: Generate monthly performance reports for the marketing team, providing actionable recommendations for future growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven Tenure: Minimum of [X] years of experience managing social media accounts for a lifestyle, F&B, or hospitality brand.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of platform-specific analytics (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.) and content creation tools.

Core Competencies
