Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Digital Sales & Social Media Strategist to dominate our online presence and convert digital engagement into measurable revenue. This role is for a "closer" who understands the psychology of social media—knowing exactly how to stop the scroll with compelling content and how to transition a casual DM into a confirmed sale. You will be responsible for managing a high-frequency posting schedule, reviving dormant platforms, and building a robust data-driven mailing list. If you are proactive, understand brand "mood," and have a proven track record in digital customer service, we want you to drive our brand forward.

Requirements:

1. High-Frequency Content & Platform Management

  • Reel Production: Create and post a minimum of 2 reels daily across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to ensure maximum brand visibility.

  • Platform Revival: Successfully revive and manage the company’s Twitter (X) account, integrating it into the global posting schedule.

  • Content Strategy: Conceptualize and prepare creative content ideas for designated "Content Days" to ensure orderliness and timely delivery.

2. Aggressive Digital Sales & Conversion

  • Sales Conversion: Respond to every digital inquiry with a mastery of the "act of conversion," turning potential leads into loyal customers.

  • Lead Follow-through: Track and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of every order originating from social media platforms.

  • Digital Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service online, ensuring the "mood" and voice of the brand are consistently maintained.

3. Data Mining & Email Marketing

  • Data Gathering: Systematically gather and compile data from social media interactions to expand our Mailchimp mailing list.

  • CRM Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of both old and existing client information.

  • Newsletter Campaigns: Design and dispatch two informative, intentional newsletters monthly to drive retention and sales.

4. Reporting & Accountability

  • Weekly Performance: Generate and submit a comprehensive End-of-Week Report covering all social media and newsletter metrics every Friday by 6:00 PM.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports for review by Brand Managers, highlighting conversion rates and revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience & Education

  • Academic Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital sales or social media management.
