Job Description:

Are you a creative social media strategist passionate about health and wellness? Our pharmacy is seeking a results-driven Social Media Manager for a 3-month contract to elevate our online presence. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building our brand identity, fostering community engagement, and driving sales across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

We are looking for a professional who understands the unique intersection of healthcare communication and social media marketing. You will be responsible for translating complex health information into engaging, accessible content that educates our audience while promoting our pharmacy products and special offers.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.

  • Content Production: Create and publish 25 high-quality posts per month, including dynamic video content and eye-catching graphics.

  • Brand Voice: Curate health education content that builds trust with our audience, alongside targeted promotional material to boost product sales.

  • Community Management: Actively monitor engagement, fostering conversation and responding to customer inquiries across all platforms.

  • Analytics & Growth: Track campaign performance, provide monthly insights, and offer actionable recommendations to drive continuous growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: OND, HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience managing social media accounts for businesses.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in content creation and video editing.

  • Market Insight: A solid understanding of social media marketing trends, audience growth strategies, and digital engagement.

  • Industry Advantage: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, or a related sector is highly desirable.

  • Professionalism: A commitment to reliability and delivering high-quality, professional results.
