Job Description:
TalenMO is seeking a visionary Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead the digital narrative for a premier solar energy client. This role is not just about posting; it is about building a community around the Nigerian energy landscape. You will be responsible for translating complex solar concepts like inverters, battery storage, and ROI calculations into viral, digestible, and high-converting content.
The ideal candidate is a "creative powerhouse" who can jump from drone footage editing and cinematic video production to AI-assisted copywriting and strategic lead conversion.
Requirements:
Platform Management & Strategy
Omnichannel Growth: Manage and optimize the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Google My Business.
Strategic Execution: Develop platform-specific growth strategies with clear KPIs, adapting rapidly to algorithm changes and competitor activity.
Community Management: Monitor and respond to all DMs and comments, maintaining the brand voice while converting enquiries into qualified leads and consultations.
Content Production & Creative Design
Cinematic Video Editing: Edit talking-head videos, drone footage, and installation clips to a high professional standard using transitions, motion graphics, and sound design.
Graphic Design: Produce on-brand graphics, social media templates, flyers, and proposal decks that reflect a premium brand identity.
Educational Content: Simplify technical solar energy concepts into engaging infographics, reels, and carousels for non-technical audiences.
AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) to accelerate production workflows without sacrificing quality.
Analytics & Reporting
Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze key metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, and lead volume) using native platform analytics and Google My Business Insights.
Performance Optimization: Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations and run A/B tests on content formats and posting times.
Automation: Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite to automate scheduling and repetitive workflows.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or Design.
Experience:
2–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
Prior experience in the Energy, Tech, or Real Estate sectors is a significant advantage.
Technical Stack (Must-Have):
Graphic Design: Proficiency in at least two: Canva Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW.
Video Editing: Proficiency in at least two: Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Copywriting: Ability to write punchy, high-converting hooks and calls to action.
Hardware: Basic smartphone and DSLR photography skills for lifestyle and product shoots.
Portfolio: A demonstrable portfolio of cross-platform content (reels, graphics, long-form video) is essential for the interview process.
