Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively strategic Social Media Manager to anchor the digital presence of FruityLife in Lagos. In a market where digital "Share of Voice" dictates consumer choice, success is defined by "Narrative Resonance", the ability to harmonize vibrant visual storytelling with data-driven engagement strategies. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" who can blend "Content Engineering" with the "Analytical Rigor" required to track conversions and optimize influencer partnerships.
Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Brand Visibility and Community Sovereignty." You will be the primary engine of our digital storefront: responsible for executing the social media strategy, managing the content calendar, and maintaining a real-time pulse on consumer trends. If you possess "Superior Copywriting Skills," an eye for trend-jacking, and the "Strategic Grit" to translate metrics into growth, we want you to drive our digital sovereignty.
Requirements:
1. Strategy Architecture & Content Governance
Digital Roadmap: Develop, plan, and execute FruityLife’s social media strategy across all major platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term brand objectives.
Content Engineering: Create high-fidelity captions and copy that resonate with the brand voice, maintaining a consistent and engaging persona.
Calendar Management: Design and oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring timely publishing and a high-velocity flow of relevant content.
2. Community Diplomacy & Trend Intelligence
Real-time Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and inquiries with professional agility to enhance the overall customer experience.
Trend Sovereignty: Monitor local and global social media trends, recommending innovative campaign ideas to keep FruityLife at the forefront of the digital conversation.
Influencer Orchestration: Support the management of influencer partnerships and digital campaigns to amplify brand visibility and drive product conversions.
3. Performance Analytics & Cross-Functional Synergy
Insight Engineering: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare monthly analytics reports, translating data into actionable insights for the marketing team.
Collaborative Logic: Work synchronously with the Design, Production, and Marketing teams to support integrated campaigns and new product launches.
Financial Oversight: Provide input on financial planning for new digital initiatives and job-specific campaigns to ensure high ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing and digital brand management.
Education: Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Location: Based in or able to operate effectively within the Lagos market.
