Job Description:

Social Media Manager

Requirements:

• Creating and execute social media strategy that aligns with the organization or brands overall marketing goals, including identifying target audiences, setting engagement metrics, and tracking performance.
• Develop and create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with target audience and meets the organization’s brand guidelines.
• Manage and maintain organization’s social media presence across multiple platforms ensuring consistency in branding, tone and messaging.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite or sprout, and provide regular reports engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
• Develop and manage content calendar to ensure consistent posting, minimize downtime, and maximize engagement.
• Foster and maintain strong online community by responding to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner, and engaging with followers through likes, share and comments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Basic graphic design skills with video editing experience.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms.
• Experience with influencer marketing, email marketing etc.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
