Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Social Media and Content Officer to anchor the digital engine of our firm. In the sophisticated legal services landscape, success is defined by "Legal Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex practice areas with the clinical precision required for Vertical Video Production, LinkedIn thought leadership, and high-fidelity promotional graphics. This role is designed for a "Content Architect" with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (mastering CapCut, Canva, and Photoshop) with the "Ethical Agility" required to navigate confidentiality policies and professional legal standards.

Requirements:

1. Platform Orchestration & Narrative Governance

• Engagement Sovereignty: Manage and regularly update LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring every post acts as a "Source of Professional Authority."

• Visual Architecture: Plan, create, and publish high-quality visual and video content that reflects the firm's brand, acting as the primary "Source of Aesthetic Consistency."

• Ethical Stewardship: Ensure all digital output adheres to the firm’s confidentiality policy and professional ethics, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Security."

2. Creative Resilience & Production Logic

• Design Sovereignty: Engineer digital marketing materials including flyers, reels, and promotional graphics, providing the "Visual Foundation" for all practice areas.

• Capture Architecture: Capture photos and short videos from firm activities and events with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Real-Time Firm Narratives."

• Trend Stewardship: Stay updated with global and local trends in legal marketing, ensuring the firm remains a "Source of Innovative Communication."

3. Operational Integrity & Planning Power

• Calendar Sovereignty: Provide and execute a high-fidelity monthly content calendar, acting as the "Source of Strategic Content Flow."

• Software Architecture: Utilize Adobe, Canva, and CapCut with professional poise, optimizing the "Source of High-End Digital Assets."

• Communication Logic: Write both professionally and creatively to resonate with a target legal audience, utilizing 3 years of marketing experience to optimize the "Source of Brand Voice."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Law, or Media is a significant strategic advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of robust experience in digital marketing and content creation.
