Job Description:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service in line with the bank’s standards.

  • Process cash, cheque, and electronic transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, etc.).

  • Issue receipts, money orders, cashier’s cheques, and bank drafts where applicable.

  • Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Maintain and update customer records while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and service requests.

  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products (savings, loans, cards, etc.) when appropriate.

  • Adhere strictly to banking policies, AML/CFT regulations, KYC, and compliance requirements.

  • Report suspicious transactions in line with regulatory guidelines.

  • Provide frontline support for complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / NCE / BSc Degree. 
  • We need candidates who reside in Northern Nigeria Only.
  • Age limit: 27 years and below for Bank Teller and Service executive roles
  • O level with credit in maths and English.
