Job Description:
Greet customers warmly and provide efficient service in line with the bank’s standards.
Process cash, cheque, and electronic transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, bill payments, etc.).
Issue receipts, money orders, cashier’s cheques, and bank drafts where applicable.
Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain and update customer records while ensuring confidentiality.
Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and service requests.
Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products (savings, loans, cards, etc.) when appropriate.
Adhere strictly to banking policies, AML/CFT regulations, KYC, and compliance requirements.
Report suspicious transactions in line with regulatory guidelines.
Provide frontline support for complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / NCE / BSc Degree.
- We need candidates who reside in Northern Nigeria Only.
- Age limit: 27 years and below for Bank Teller and Service executive roles
- O level with credit in maths and English.
