Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Service Center Supervisor to lead our appliance repair operations in Isolo. In this role, you will be the bridge between our technical team and our customers, ensuring that every repair is performed to the highest standard, within deadline, and with a commitment to excellence. Requirements:

• Technical Leadership: Supervise daily operations, coordinating the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of home appliances (refrigerators, ACs, washing machines, TVs, etc.).

• Operational Management: Oversee technician performance, monitor job turnaround times, and ensure that all customer requests and complaints are resolved professionally.

• Inventory Oversight: Manage the stock of spare parts, specialized tools, and technical equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and usage reporting.

• Performance Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, analyzing metrics to drive service quality and operational improvements.

• Staff Development: Train, guide, and evaluate technical staff to elevate team productivity and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

• Customer Excellence: Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, implementing measures to consistently improve customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or equivalent in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within an appliance service center or technical environment.

• Technical Expertise: Deep working knowledge of home appliance repair and the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
