Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Relationship Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to our top-tier institutional clients. This role is central to driving revenue growth by assisting clients with capital raising, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and complex financial restructuring.
The successful candidate will act as a key intermediary in capital market trades, formulating sophisticated investment strategies while collaborating closely with our Institutional Banking teams to deliver world-class financial solutions.
Requirements:
Strategic Advisory & Capital Markets
Act as a lead advisor for clients seeking to raise funds via debt and equity capital markets.
Provide expert guidance on strategic financial transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers.
Formulate and execute bespoke investment strategies tailored to complex institutional needs.
Portfolio Management & Revenue Growth
Manage and expand a high-value portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent revenue growth and strict adherence to credit quality standards.
Identify and resolve client needs through diversified banking solutions, including cash management optimization, foreign currency (FX) solutions, and financing.
Drive cross-selling initiatives across a broad product suite: Trade Finance, Structured Trade, Fixed Income, Commodities, and Syndicated Loans.
Credit Risk & Compliance
Take full ownership of the credit lifecycle, including annual reviews, financial modeling, and early problem recognition.
Ensure all business decisions align with global risk management policies and regulatory compliance.
Safeguard the firm’s reputation by applying sound ethical judgment and transparent reporting of control issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/University Degree required; a Master’s Degree (MBA) or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is highly preferred.
Professional Background: * Minimum of 15 years of post-graduation experience.
At least 10 years of experience specifically within the Banking Industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience at the Assistant General Manager (AGM) level or equivalent.
Core Competencies:
Proven track record in at least three major areas of banking operations.
Advanced expertise in Credit Analytics and Financial Modeling.
Deep mastery of Risk Assessment, valuation techniques, and capital market instruments.
Technical Skills & Attributes
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills within the institutional space.
Comprehensive understanding of global financial markets and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-product banking solutions.
