Job Description:
We are seeking a highly sophisticated and service-oriented Customer Value Proposition Officer to lead the Private Banking experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the aspirational brand image of our Private Banking lounges across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, while curating exclusive lifestyle and financial services for our high-net-worth clientele. You will act as a bridge between the bank’s internal departments and our elite customers, ensuring that our value proposition remains distinct, competitive, and world-class.
Requirements:
Brand Management: Maintain a consistent, premium look and feel across all Private Banking lounges and ensure the brand remains aspirational.
Marketing & Collateral: Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate Communications to produce high-end brochures and marketing materials tailored to Private Banking clients.
Concierge & Lifestyle Management: Manage concierge services and curate relationships with premium merchant partners to provide an elevated lifestyle experience for clients.
Strategic Collaboration: Oversee collaboration platforms with FBN UK and other international partners to broaden service offerings.
Digital Oversight: Maintain oversight of the Private Banking website by working closely with site administrators.
Value Innovation: Liaise with Private Bankers and key stakeholders to identify new market trends and opportunities to improve existing products or services based on customer feedback.
Data & Security: Strictly comply with the Bank’s Information Security policies, ensuring all sensitive client information is handled with the highest level of integrity.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: First Degree (minimum 2.2) or Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Upper Credit in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Banking or Finance.
Core Competencies:
Strong ability to build relationships with merchant lifestyle partners.
Highly analytical with a deep understanding of customer needs and feedback loops.
Excellent communication skills for high-level stakeholder and client interaction.
Meticulous attention to brand aesthetics and corporate messaging.
