Job Description:
- We are seeking a Senior People Manager to drive our people strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure exceptional employee experience.
- In this leadership role, you will oversee key HR functions, including employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s mission, vision, and growth objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing guidance on people-related decisions and organizational design.
- Partner with Team heads to identify workforce challenges and create solutions that drive business success.
Workforce Planning:
- Forecast workforce needs, ensuring the right talent is in place to support business goals.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the Technology Solutions Provider sector.
Performance Management & Leadership Development:
- Design and oversee performance evaluation frameworks that drive accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Develop leadership training programs to strengthen managerial capabilities across the company.
- Support succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and creating growth pathways.
Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
- Lead engagement initiatives that foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Regularly assess employee sentiment through surveys and feedback mechanisms, implementing action plans to address concerns.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts to create an inclusive workplace where all employees thrive.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Oversee employee relations, mediating workplace conflicts and ensuring fair resolutions.
- Implement and optimize HR technology solutions for seamless people operations and data-driven decision-making.
Compensation, Benefits & Well-being:
- Work with leadership to design competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent.
- Implement wellness programs that promote employee well-being and work-life balance.
- Benchmark salary trends to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.
Change Management & Scaling Growth:
- Lead HR initiatives that support business scaling, including mergers, restructures, and cultural transformations.
- Drive change management strategies to help employees adapt to organizational shifts.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience at all stages.
Requirements:
- 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
- Strong expertise in talent management strategy, performance management, and leadership development.
- Proven ability to influence and drive changes at the executive level.
- Experience implementing HR technology solutions and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
