Job Description:

• As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. 
• You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SAP technology alliances to expand the firm's client base.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.

Technical Delivery:

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality SAP projects to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure the successful execution of SAP projects.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure client satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Set clear goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and support.
• Encourage professional development and growth within the team.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in delivering SAP projects to transform/achieve business objectives.
• Current or past experience in Consulting/Professional services firms is a must.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in SAP technology.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and drive results.
