Job Description:

We are recruiting a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer to serve as the security backbone for our high-impact, international AI projects. In this role, you will be responsible for shifting security to the "left" of the development lifecycle, ensuring that our AI infrastructure and cloud environments are resilient, compliant, and automated.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between rapid software iteration and rigorous cybersecurity, implementing cloud-native security solutions that protect sensitive data and intellectual property without slowing down innovation.

Requirements:

Pipeline Security & Automation

• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated security best practices directly into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that every deployment is scanned and verified.

• Security Automation: Automate security controls, compliance checks, and real-time monitoring within development and operational workflows.

• Vulnerability Management: Conduct deep security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk analysis across all systems and AI applications.

Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture

• Secure Design: Design, implement, and manage secure DevOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) tailored for AI engineering needs.

• Cloud-Native Security: Implement and manage container security, Kubernetes hardening, and cloud-native protection platforms (CNPP).

• IAM & Secrets Management: Oversee identity and access management (IAM), secrets management (e.g., Vault), and granular cloud security configurations.

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Threat Detection: Actively monitor infrastructure and AI applications for security threats, anomalies, and unauthorized access attempts.

• Issue Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve security, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues as they arise.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for security processes, incident response playbooks, and infrastructure configurations.

Collaboration & Research

• Team Synergy: Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and AI Engineering teams to ensure security is architected into the system from day one.

• Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of emerging cybersecurity threats, DevSecOps tooling, and AI-specific security challenges (e.g., model integrity).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: * Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Infrastructure.

  • Proven experience managing security for large-scale, international projects.

• Technical Skills:

  • Cloud: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP security services.

  • Tools: Mastery of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

  • Containers: Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and tools like Trivy, Aqua, or Snyk.

  • Automation: Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or Go) to automate security workflows.

• Certifications (Preferred): * Certified DevSecOps Professional (CDP), AWS Certified Security - Specialty, or CISSP.

• Core Competencies:

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify and mitigate complex security risks in distributed systems.

  • Communication: Strong ability to articulate security requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Agility: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment supporting AI model deployments.
