Job Description:
- Lead the implementation and deployment of CRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document client requirements for CRM configuration and customization.
- Configure CRM systems, workflows, dashboards, reports, and user roles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve implementation challenges.
- Migrate customer data from legacy systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Train end users on CRM functionality and provide ongoing user support.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve business processes.
- Develop and maintain implementation documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure CRM implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years of experience.
Salary
