Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Officer with a proven track record of closing complex IT solutions sales deals.
  • This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our [mention specific area of IT solutions, e.g., cloud solutions, cybersecurity services, managed IT services].
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the IT landscape, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand clients' business challenges and IT requirements, and translate them into compelling IT solutions proposals.
  • Present and demonstrate IT solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and differentiate our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop and negotiate pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years of experience.
