We are seeking a high-velocity and financially elite Senior B2B Marketing Manager to anchor the commercial engine of MTMAS Consulting. In the specialized landscape of Nigeria’s industrial and logistics sectors, success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive market reach with the clinical precision required for Full P&L Ownership, Strategic Leadership, and Finance-Oriented Marketing. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" who can blend "Fiscal Grit" (leveraging a background in Finance or Accounting) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead large-scale B2B initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Fiscal Orchestration & P&L Governance

• P&L Sovereignty: Take full ownership of the marketing P&L with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Commercial Performance."
