Job Description:
- Office Management and support
- Clerical and documentation
- Prepare, format, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, and visas) for management and staff.
- Record and accurately transcribe meeting minutes and distribute them promptly to all relevant parties.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing petty cash reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1year experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attributes: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, high level of discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
