Job Description:
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Professional Scrum Master at Access Bank Plc, located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
- The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum processes, coach and support the development team, and ensure the team is working efficiently and effectively.
- The role involves organizing and leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to deliver high-quality software products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Sprint Planning and User Stories skills
- Strong Analytical and Communication skills
- Experience in Software Development
- Ability to lead and guide teams through the Agile process
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks
- Certification as a Professional Scrum Master-PSM II is a plus.
