Job Description:

You will play a key role in ensuring procurement operations run smoothly by resolving user queries, maintaining data integrity, managing system workflows and access, and overseeing vendor management.

Requirements:

• Technical Support: Provide front-line support for SAP procurement transactional issues (PR, PO, MIGO, GR/IR).

• System Maintenance: Manage approval workflows, hierarchies, and system data integrity.

• Access Management: Administer SAP user access, roles, and security compliance.

• Vendor Management: Administer vendor master data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Reporting & Improvement: Support data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Training: Deliver user training and collaborate with global stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• SAP Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM (Procurement/P2P); SAP certification is highly desirable.

• Operational Support: Hands-on experience in SAP system support, workflows, master data, and access controls.

• Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.

• Troubleshooting: Proven ability to manage high-volume queries and resolve complex issues effectively.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, service-oriented mindset, and excellent attention to detail.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Finance, Projects, or Grants.

• Previous experience in an international organization or NGO.

• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French or Spanish).
