Job Description:
Training Program Development:
- Design and develop sales training materials, manuals, and modules tailored to company products, services, and sales processes.
- Create onboarding programs for new sales hires.
Facilitation of Training Sessions:
- Conduct classroom, workshop, or online training sessions for sales teams.
- Use role-plays, case studies, and simulations to enhance practical learning.
Sales Skills Enhancement:
- Coach staff on prospecting, pitching, negotiation, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques.
- Train on handling objections and building customer relationships.
Product Knowledge Training:
- Ensure the sales team understands features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages of company products/services.
- Provide updates whenever new products are introduced.
Performance Evaluation & Feedback:
- Assess trainees through tests, role plays, or field observations.
- Give constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs (conversion rate, sales growth, customer acquisition).
- Recommend changes in training methods to align with market trends.
Collaboration with Management:
- Work closely with Sales Managers/HR to identify training needs.
- Align training programs with overall sales strategy and business goals.
Motivation & Mentoring:
- Act as a mentor and motivator to boost sales team confidence and morale.
- Share best practices and success stories to inspire performance.
Technology & Tools Training:
Train sales staff on CRM software, sales dashboards, reporting tools, and digital sales platforms.
Compliance & Ethics Training:
Educate sales teams on company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience.
Salary
