Job Description:

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing & Sales Officer to lead our digital storefront and customer acquisition efforts. This isn't just a "posting" role; we are looking for a Growth Specialist who understands that every Like, Comment, and DM is an opportunity to drive revenue.

You will be the voice of our brand across social media, responsible for creating high-impact content that generates daily inquiries and—most importantly—converting those inquiries into confirmed sales. If you have a "sales-first" mindset, love engaging with customers on WhatsApp, and are disciplined with follow-ups, this is your chance to shine.

Requirements:

1. Content Strategy & Visibility

  • Consistent Engagement: Execute a disciplined posting schedule (daily consistency over high volume) to keep the brand top-of-mind.

  • Creative Execution: Produce and publish high-energy Reels, Stories, and product content that highlights our value proposition, specifically tailored for healthcare professionals.

  • Inquiry Generation: Optimize content to trigger "high-intent" engagement, ensuring a steady stream of daily leads.

2. Sales Conversion & Relationship Management

  • Rapid Response: Act as the primary point of contact for all DMs and WhatsApp inquiries, providing prompt and professional service.

  • Closing the Deal: Communicate product value clearly to convert inquiries into confirmed orders and successful payments.

  • The Fortune is in the Follow-up: Maintain a structured follow-up system for pending leads and past customers to maximize lifetime value.

3. Performance Tracking & Data Optimization

  • Sales Analytics: Maintain a daily log of inquiries, conversion rates, and total sales performance.

  • Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports with clear numbers and insights.

  • Adaptive Strategy: Use performance data to tweak content styles and sales scripts, ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience: Proven experience in online sales, marketing, or digital business. Experience handling high-volume WhatsApp sales or selling to the healthcare sector is a major advantage.

  • Tech Skills: High proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business).
