Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales representative to join our sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to build a strong sales pipeline. This role goes beyond prospecting, it involves getting into the field, speaking to decision-makers, and making sure our brand is known and chosen as the client's trusted partner.
You will be the face and voice of the company, directly responsible for generating interest, initiating conversations, and opening doors for business through face-to-face meetings, product/service demonstrations, and consistent on-the-ground presence.
 

 

    Requirements:

    • Actively market our products and services to potential clients across industries (construction, FMCG, warehousing facilities, logistics, etc.).
    • Work closely with the Regional Manager to understand the strategic and day-to-day operation of our service
    •  Identify prospective clients, engage them in conversation, and generate qualified leads through direct marketing.
    • Participate in client visits, team briefings, and business development meetings.
    • Report weekly on lead activity, conversion metrics, and pipeline growth.
    • Compile and analyze sales reports including sales, customer feedback.
    • Schedule meetings or site assessments with decision-makers and hand over warm leads to the sales executive team.
    • Assist in organizing small demos, exhibitions, or product trials at client sites or events.
    • Maintain daily activity logs, such as who you visited, conversations held, interest levels, and next steps.
    • Represent the company professionally in appearance, attitude, and communication.
    • Actively follow up with prospects and assist in the transition from interest to sale.
    • Assist in monitoring sales performance, customer relationships, and service delivery within the territory.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or related field.
    • 1–3 years’ work experience in sales (experience in industrial leasing or logistics is a plus).
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work with minimal supervision.
