Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Sales Manager to anchor the revenue engine of our firm. In the specialized landscape of Real Estate, where success is defined by the intersection of trust and transaction success is defined by "Commercial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive sales targets with the clinical precision required for Digital Marketing Integration, Brand Stewardship, and Multi-Channel Lead Generation. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" with 5–7 years of experience (including 2–3 years in leadership) who can blend "Tactical Grit" (mentoring Sales Executives) with the "Strategic Agility" required to engineer annual marketing budgets and competitive market research.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Orchestration & Brand Governance

  • Marketing Sovereignty: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy to achieve sales goals, acting as the primary "Source of Market Positioning."

  • Brand Architecture: Build and maintain the company’s image to enhance visibility and trust, providing the "Structural Foundation" for all marketing materials and property listings.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and collateral (brochures, flyers), ensuring the "Source of Brand Identity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Digital Logic

  • Digital Sovereignty: Manage the company's online presence and execute lead-generation strategies via social media and email, acting as the primary "Source of Website Traffic."

  • Campaign Architecture: Create and manage high-quality content (videos, blogs, newsletters) to attract investors, providing the "Functional Foundation" for buyer engagement.

  • Resource Stewardship: Oversee lead-generation activities through online ads, open houses, and networking, maintaining the "Source of Sales Pipeline Fluidity."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

  • Team Sovereignty: Lead and mentor the marketing/sales team, providing performance evaluations and fostering a collaborative environment, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Development."

  • Analytical Architecture: Prepare regular reports on conversion rates and campaign effectiveness, providing the "Relational Foundation" for senior management decision-making.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–7 years of sector expertise and CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to refine strategies in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Revenue Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA/Postgraduate is an advantage).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive sales experience; 2–3 years in a managerial role.

  • Software Mastery: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, exceptional negotiator, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
