Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Sales & Leasing Executive (Land) to anchor the revenue engine of our landed asset portfolio in Ikoyi. In a specialized real estate landscape where urban momentum is dictated by the speed of the close and the precision of the title success is defined by "Landed Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize proactive marketing with the clinical precision required for Property Inspections, Lead Qualification, and High-Value Negotiations. This role is designed for a "Revenue Architect" specifically a professional with an Estate Management background and 3+ years of experience who can blend "Market Grit" (mastery of the Ikoyi, VI, and Lekki corridors) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Market Trend Analysis and Pricing Recommendations.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Sales Governance
Sovereignty of the Asset: Promote, market, and sell/lease landed and commercial properties with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Portfolio Liquidity."
Contract Architecture: Prepare and present property proposals, offers, and sales contracts, providing the "Structural Foundation" for high-value investment transactions.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Market Logic
Relationship Sovereignty: Identify and qualify potential leads through networking and referrals, acting as the primary "Source of High-Net-Worth Connections."
Strategy Architecture: Provide strategic recommendations on pricing and property positioning based on competitor offerings, providing the "Functional Foundation" for market competitiveness.
Intelligence Stewardship: Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for occupancy and revenue growth, maintaining the "Source of Operational Foresight."
3. Operational Integrity & Influence Power
Viewing Sovereignty: Conduct professional property viewings and site inspections, acting as the primary "Source of Client Confidence."
Negotiation Architecture: Lead complex negotiations to bridge the gap between asset value and client investment, providing the "Relational Foundation" for successful deal closures.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of specialized Lagos Island market expertise to accelerate the "Lead-to-Contract" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Capital Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: First Degree in Estate Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing.
Spatial Intelligence: Strong knowledge of the Lagos Island property market (Ikoyi, Lekki, VI, etc.).
Technical Power: Familiarity with CRM/Digital Sales tools and landed property documentation.
