Job Description:

We are looking for a high-performing, results-oriented Sales Executive to drive our property sales and expand our market footprint in Abuja. You will be the face of our developments, responsible for identifying high-potential leads, conducting professional property tours, and closing high-value transactions. This role is ideal for a "hunter" mentality professional who thrives on hitting aggressive targets and building lasting relationships in the competitive Abuja real estate market.

Requirements:

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads. Manage the entire sales cycle, from the initial inquiry through to the successful closing of property sales.

• Client Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service to prospective and current clients. Build trust and provide expert guidance to assist them in making informed property investment decisions.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Brand Representation: Serve as our brand ambassador at industry exhibitions, property open houses, and high-value networking events.

• Market Insight: Stay updated on real estate market trends in Abuja to provide clients with accurate, persuasive information regarding property values and investment potential.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in any relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales or business development experience. Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
